Each box will contain special and unique products that will represent the culture, tradition, cuisine, and history of each region of Spain. You will find an incredible variety (8-10 un) of high-quality artisan products made with love by small family farms and factories: wine, olive oil, marmalade, spices, beer, honey, vinegar, chocolate, and more. With each box you will also receive an information and description of all products, their ingredients, and their history behind.

Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to travel to different regions of Spain and taste their best selection of products. Therefore, every month you get completely different products that are not repeated.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to customize the special ingredients that come in your box. However, we hope to make this option available in the future. All our products have an ingredient label, which we advise you to review if you have any allergies.

We are happy to hear that you loved the products we selected for you! Currently, these are only available as part of your box purchase, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future. However you can contact us and we will try to arrange you en extra delivery with product you liked.

We pack all the products of our boxes very carefully, especially the most fragile ones. If an item arrives damaged despite our different precautions, please write us at info@hispainbox.com and we will find together a solution that will make you happy again!


Everything is very simple!

Choose the subscription period you prefer: one time purchase or 3, 6, 12 months subceription. Once you have chosen your program, you will be charged for a first month and the follow charges will come at the beginning of each month. The subscription does not have automatic renewal: once the subscribed period is over, if you have been satisfied with the experience, you can request a new subscription through the website.

You will receive your first box within 5 days after your order and the next boxes of your subscription will deliver to you every month after the day 20th.

Nothing! All taxes and shipping costs are included in the subscription box price.

When you subscribe for some period ( 3, 6 or 12 months) you are ensuring that you will receive the HiSpainBox every month during the contracted period. If for any reason you do not want to continue receiving our box, you can cancel or pause it using in your account settings, also notifying us about it writing us an email to info@hispainbox.com  Our team will be happy to help! 

Yes, you just must choose the “HiSpainBox” for 1-month purchase option and start to enjoy the goodies from Spain.

You can surprise your special person, family, friends, or employees with a single box, or you can buy them a subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months. You can also give us the recipient’s name and email address along with the message you want to include on the greeting card, and we will send them an email with more information.

Due to the nature of the types of products we are sourcing and selling from cities around the Spain, we are not able to offer refunds currently and all sales of one-time purchase are final. However, if you decide to cancel your 3, 6 or 12 months subsription we will stop charging you from the month when you cancel it and notified us.


We currently ship to all European countries and UK. If you live in other country, please contact us to try to find a solution together.

The delivery across EU and the UK is included in the box price. Please contact us to know the shipping rates to other countries.

New orders received at any time will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, while the next boxes by subscription will be generally shipped around the 20th of each month.

As soon as your box leaves our Spanish store, you will be emailed and, in a few days, you will also be contacted by the delivery company who will provide you a track number. In case you do not receive any communication and would like to have further information, please write us at info@hispainbox.com

If you are registered on our website, go to your account, and choose which address you would like to edit. Once you have updated an address, all your subscriptions and future boxes will be directed to the new address. In case you do not have an account, you can write us an email and we will be happy to help you.


If you have chosen our month-to-month subscription option (3, 6, 12 months), you will be billed on the 1st of every month except for the first month (or for a single order) when you will be charged immediately.

We use secure online payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO or MASTERCARD) or PayPal. If you have any problem with the payment, please let us know and we will try to fix it together.

If you need an invoice, contact us by email: info@hispainbox.com, providing us with all the information (if they are different from the purchase) and we will send it to you right away.
